At Parsons & Whittley, we offer a range of services which can be tailored to suit the particular needs of individual clients and their requirements. Our services are based around the following three core practice disciplines:
Architectural Design
Our architectural philosophy and ethos are based on good quality practical design solutions that reflect our client's aspirations, involving the client at every stage so that the final project can be completed to their requirements, on time and on budget.
We have developed particular expertise in the design and production of eco friendly or 'green' buildings. If this is something that interests you then please let us know, as we can offer advice and experience in this type of development.

Project Management
For those clients who do not have the time to manage a building project themselves, Parsons & Whittley can help. We are able to make regular site visits, liaise with contractors on your behalf, and keep you up to date with developments throughout the entire construction process. We have the technical knowledge to understand and resolve any unforeseen problems, and we are very thorough, paying particular attention to detail and build quality.

Planning Advice
Parsons & Whittley have over 25 years experience of submitting planning applications for all forms of development, from domestic kitchen extensions to multi million pound commercial developments.
The experience gained of the procedures and hurdles involved in obtaining planning consent enable us to provide both general and specific advice as to the likelihood or otherwise of obtaining planning consent for any given project.
We can also advise as to whether any particular proposal requires consent and how to go about making sure that any subsequent application has the greatest chance of success.
