North Lodge, South Pickenham

The former listed (Grade II) lodge house had fallen into disrepair when we were asked to re-furbish it. A comprehensive program followed including new roof, floors, heating, re-wiring, new kitchen and bathroom and replacement joinery etc. Should be good for another 100 years or so now!
