Arrange Pre-Planning Application Discussions
Parsons & Whittley can involve the Local Planning Authority (LPA) at an early stage in any development proposals to endeavour to ensure that proposals come forward that accord with policy and that accommodate their objectives where possible.
In addition we can liaise with the Local Planning Authority over the content and timetable for making the application to assist them in achieving their targets whilst ensuring your project is competently dealt with.
Perform a Planning Policy Review
At Parsons & Whittley we can undertake an assessment of the relevant policies in the local plan and other emerging policy documents to ensure a complete understanding of the policy objectives as they relate to your project.
This will ensure that your development proposal accords with those objectives where possible, and that where it does not, all in the team are aware of the difficulties that may present.
