PLANNING APPEALS
You are here: Services > Planning Advice > Planning Appeals
Planning Applications do not always result in approvals and when things do go wrong, applicants often want to consider an appeal.
Whilst we do not generally handle planning appeals ourselves we are able to offer advice on the choice of consultants experienced in the handling of appeals, including Planning Lawyers where that is appropriate. We are also able to provide the relevant information to any appointed consultants on your behalf in order to assist with the appeal.
In cases where you do decide to appeal, Parsons & Whittley may still be able to help. We can re-submit the planning application on your behalf, and draw up revised plans which take into account any new requirements, planning laws, or design stipulations which may have been highlighted as a result of the initial planning application process.
There is never any guarantee of success, and we must always abide by current planning laws, and the decision of the local planning authority. However, we will do what we can to ensure that any subsequent planning application is met with approval and granted.
