As Planning Consultants we can offer you a wealth of planning advice, no matter how large or small your building project is in size.
We endeavour to provide the best planning advice possible, regardless of whether you are a home owner building an extension, a self-builder with a plot of land, an established property developer, or a larger private, public, social, or commercial sector client. This is possible because of the breadth of our building project experience, gathered over more than 25 years.
So what can we do? We can assist our clients in many ways, before, during and even after the planning process has commenced. Typically, the first stage involves preparation, consultation, and research before any actual plans are produced. The next stage involves putting the actual planning application together with all the necessary drawings and documents, and then submitting the application on your behalf. At the end of the planning process, should it be necessary, we can also provide advice on how to handle a planning appeal.
