Who We Are and What We Do
Formed, (as the Parsons Partnership) in 1985, the practice changed its name in 2001 upon the acquisition of Malcolm Whittley & Associates and became Parsons & Whittley Limited.
Originally 'poacher turned gamekeeper' Chris Parsons had vast experience of working for building contractors and public authorities before setting up as a sole practitioner working on behalf of a range of clients to aid them through the whole process of planning and procurement of building work.
Based in offices in Swaffham, (just off the A47), we are well placed to service the architectural and planning needs of clients in East Anglia. Currently with a team of 7 we are constantly seeking accomplished architectural staff.
We are experienced in all types of buildings, with a project list ranging from private residences through housing and property development, to commercial projects such as office developments and car showrooms. Being rurally based, we have also undertaken an extensive range of agricultural building conversion work.
